Turbine transition training started Wednesday, November 07th at Guidance Aviation as the Bell 206 got warmed up for the thirteen students that signed up to fly the turbine machine this semester.
The Bell 206 is powered by the Allison turbo-shaft, 400 hp power plant. During this course, each student enrolled in the turbine transition program will receive 10 hours in the Bell 206. While in the course, students will receive instruction in a high-altitude environment.
