Dr. David Huntzinger, Senior Vice President of Helicopter Services at ARGUS PRISM will be presenting Procedural (intentional) Non-Compliance and Flight Risk Assessments at Guidance's Safety Stand Down Day. Dr. Huntzinger has served as the Vice President of Safety (and/or Security) at Eurocopter, Korean Air, TAG Aviation, America West and was the Senior Principal Scientist; Air Safety Investigation at the Boeing Company. With more than 30 years of Aviation Safety Experience, Huntzinger holds a Masters and Ph.D. in Safety Science. He has been a U.S. Coast Guard, EMS, and corporate pilot flying both rotor-wing and fixed-wing aircraft.
