Debbie Hersman, Chairman of the National Transportation and Safety Board (NTSB), wrote in praise last Friday about Cirrus including LATCH (lower anchors and tethers for children) in its 2012 aircraft. “…I was pleased to learn that one manufacturer, Cirrus, has broken new ground by making LATCH systems available in the rear seats of its 2012 SR-series models, “said Hersman in a blog posting on the NTSB’s website.
